Starscream would be a bit cowardly and wary of people, often a tad agressively, but generally well intentioned and loyal strategist/negotiator/general clever guy, who is soft spoken and tactful.
Bumblebee’s usual courage would mean recklessness and aggressiveness in this version- he would be angry and touchy all the time, always looking for a fight. Still with no normal voice, the sounds he would make would be screechy and scary. His paint/armor would be full of scratches and dents all the time, and he would refuse any treatments to remove them.
